Rules for every deal
- Only food that has stayed at 5 °C or below, or is still frozen solid. The business checks it with a thermometer and says when.
- Chilled food that has been above 5 °C for more than two hours can't be listed. It has to be thrown away.
- Nothing past its use-by date.
- Collect it the same day, with a cool bag, and put it straight in a working fridge or eat it soon.
- The business is responsible for the food it sells, just as in the shop.
